As of 6 AM Central European time we are not receiving the T7 multicast feeds. We are contacting the exchange now about this. We were monitoring the feed earlier and it was all operational. We do apologize for the delay.
Please do not post any further postings here. That is just going to take more of our time and set us back further and we will begin to delete them and consolidate all information into this thread.
Update: This issue has been resolved. The interruption was from approximately 6 AM to 9 AM CET 2021-04-19.
We have removed the tickets and support board postings about this issue and consolidated all information regarding the issue into this thread for reference to all affected users. And we have sent out a notice to affected users with a link to this thread.
We have taken the appropriate steps to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
